This control oriented player's racquet offers excellent feedback for precision hitting. The tight string pattern makes for a very control oriented stringbed. We found this racquet extremely spin friendly when hitting with slice. Players who like to attack with slice off the ground and on serve will have a lot of fun with this one. Topspin and flat shots come off the racquet with a high level of depth and directional feedback. Our TW playtest crew commented on how they could immediately gauge shots with the Tom's Machine. When seeking some extra pop to help get shots away, the extended length comes in handy. At net the racquet offers a high level of feedback allowing for lots of control. All in all a solid choice for players who like to attack from all areas of the court. Best suited to 4.5+ level players.
