The Head YOUTEK IG Extreme MP is a control oriented racquet, perfect for the big hitting player. This latest version features Innegra Technology which, according to Head, helps reduce vibration and increase stability. Our playtesters found plenty of control with their groundstrokes. With the great access to spin, they were able to take full swings and keep the ball deep in the court. Targeting was on point from all areas of the court. For those who love attacking the net, our testers enjoyed the mobility on their volleys. There was plenty of mass to control and defuse the harder hit passing shots. On serves, our TW team was able to hit a variety of shots. Not only were they able to flatten out the shot, but the 16x19 string pattern really helped in adding plenty of bite to slice and kick serves. From the aggressive baseliner to the serve and volleyer, this racquet has something to offer for every type of player. Recommended for 4.0+ players.
