An ideal choice for the all court player at the 4.0+ level, the Flexpoint Instinct offers a solid blend of power and control. We found a little more pop from this one than offered by a traditional player's racquet. There's also more control to be had than we've found from most 'tweeners. We were able to swing away with this one and found it a great match for an aggressive topspin style of play. The 18x19 string pattern works well in the 100 square inch head, allowing for good spin without being too lively. The 11.2 ounce strung weight also makes it maneuverable at net and during transition shots. The Flexpoint Instinct is a little easier to get around compared to most player's racquets, making it a useful tool on reaction volleys and returns. The maneuverable feel makes it easy to generate racquet head speed off short swings - perfect for players looking to hit approach shots and short balls with heavy spin and/or angle. With some nice pop to help finish off the point and plenty of control and feel for touch shots, this one is a great choice for the player who looks to attack from all court positions.
