A team of women worked with Steffi Graf to develop the new line of Airflow racquets, including this updated Airflow 3. Beneath an updated, sleek cosmetic is a racquet that offers a good blend of control and power at a comfortable weight. Featuring HEAD's latest innovation, CrossBow technology, players will find power easy to generate with an easier swing. The Cross Bow is independent from the racquet, so upon ball impact it can move, storing power that snaps back into the ball as it leaves the strings. For additional comfort, the racquet's handle system features InteGrip technology, which reduces vibration in this lightweight racquet. Our TW playtesters found the Airflow 3 to be the most control-oriented of the Airflow racquets, but still found easy access to plenty of pop off the baseline and plenty of maneuverability when attacking the net. This 'tweener offering is a good choice for 3.5+ level players looking for a comfortable lightweight, maneuverable racquet.
