As with the HEAD Intelligence i.Prestige the Flexpoint Prestige racquets feature HEAD's Flexpoint technology which is designed to cup the ball for better directional control and feel. As with other Flexpoint racquets, the new Prestige racquets also feature Liquidmetal and Total Sweetspot Construction. The HEAD C.A.P. (Computer Aided Protection) grommet system is still present, albeit slightly modified to incorporate the Flexpoint System.

Midplus XL
The added length of the Midplus XL found favor with players with two-handed strokes and those who enjoy the added spin capability of a longer racquet. Off the ground, the Flexpoint Prestige Midplus XL swings with plenty of heft. Solid technique and preparation is rewarded with heavy, penetrating results. At net the extra length improves reach and the higher swingweight is not as noticeable when strokes are kept compact. Thanks to the length and weight of this one, we found it to be the most powerful Flexpoint Prestige on serve. We found good access to both topspin and slice and fans of tight string patterns will enjoy the controlled feel from the stringbed. The Flexpoint Prestige Midplus XL requires some muscle, but will reward stronger 5.0+ level players with good weight and depth of shot.
