From Gamma's Comfort series racquets, the C-2 provides a lively stringbed and a large sweetspot offering a nice blend of power and forgiveness. The 106 square inch head size provides good feel and the 16/20 open string pattern creates excellent access to spin while off-center shots are still quite comfortable. Topspin was easy to generate allowing stronger players with fuller swings to keep the ball inside the baseline, yet still providing plenty of pop for shorter, more compact swings. At net, the C-2 offers great maneuverability with plenty of punch. The forgiving stringbed pays dividends when volleying as well. Serving with the C-2 gives adequate power while remaining contollable with both placement and spin. With a forgiving response, plenty of access to spin and good pop, the versatile C-2 can be effective for beginning to intermediate play. Best suited for 2.5 - 4.0 level players.
