This is the actual racquet that was customized by Bosworth International to the personal spec of Boris Becker. The racquet features two GRIPSY overgrips over a naked foam handle that was preferred by Becker. The foam handles were produced by Bosworth and are taken from a custom made mold of Becker's favorite handle. The original Puma racquets made for the marketplace had an adjustable length handle (adjusted by a screw on the butt cap). Becker preferred his racquets to have a somewhat fatigued feel to them with a softer flex compared to new. Therefore, each of these racquets was specifically manufactured with a flexibility that gave them a broken-in feel even when new. Lead has been added to various areas of each racquet so that it exactly matches Becker's preferred spec.
