The Babolat Pure Storm Tour offers a comfortable and stable hit on every swing. Replacing the Pure Control Team in the Babolat racquet line-up, this one continues the tradition of a control oriented, 98sq. inch player's racquet. We found a tad more feel resulting in even more control on touch and placement shots compared to its predecessor. The Pure Storm Tour features Babolat's Carbon Xtrem construction which comprises of a specially braided graphite utilized around the racquet head for increased stability. Our on court testing definitely confirmed Babolat's stability statement with this racquet as we found a very solid and comfortable feel. Players with long, fast swings will be able to generate some nice weight and pace of shot with this racquet. At net the racquet offers lots of feel and control. Thanks to some impressive stability, volleys can be punched deep using lots of pace without sacrificing control. As off the ground, good technique on serve is rewarded with ample pace, easy access to spin and plenty of plough through the contact zone. A solid choice for 4.5+ level players seeking a control oriented and stable feeling racquet.
