Part of the original line of aerodynamic racquets from Babolat, the Aero Tour has a unique beam design shaped like a wing. The aerodynamic beam is designed to cut down drag as the racquet swings through the air allowing for more racquet head speed and acceleration. Babolat claims that players have been able to generate 15 percent more racquet head speed with the Aero beam design. The Aero Tour features a more open 16/19 string pattern compared to the Aero Tour Pro Limited, offering easier access to spin on groundstrokes and serves. The result is a racquet that appeals to a larger playing level and style, and is more suitable to players with a moderate to fast swing speed. The Aero Tour provides a good level of maneuverability, feel and predictable power. Best suited to players seeking a firm feeling, lower power racquet.
