Overview

The Superfeet Performance Insoles are a must have for those looking for the best arch and foot support. The Encapsulating Stabilizer System (ESS) provides ideal biomechanical support, allowing your feet to perform in their optimal functioning position. The green insoles are ideal for medium to high arched feet. Superfeet recommends you go a size up if you are on the border between two sizes.

  • Color: Green (for medium to high arched feet)
  • High volume heel cup cradles the heel's fat pad for natural shock absorption, stability and support
  • Encapsulating Stabilizer System [ESS] provides optimal underfoot support
  • Holofiber top cover increases oxygenated blood flow thereby improving circulation and muscle energy
  • Foundation High Density Foam resists moisture and helps reduce shock while offering advanced comfort to the entire foot
  • Our patented biomechanical shape and design supports and aligns the bones of the foot, helping to prevent heel and ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, knee stress and hip pain
  • Agion antimicrobial treatment helps inhibit odor-causing bacteria, and the friction control top cover helps reduce blistering
  • Ideal for running, hiking, alpine and industrial footwear with removable insoles

Comments: I developed Planter Faciitis where I had to crawl to the bathroom after each time playing tennis. I read the reviews about this product and tried it. I'm glad I did as they really really help take the pain away. I also got shots in my foot but notice that if I don't wear these insoles I still experience pain. I'm very pleased with this product and ordered a second pair.

Comments: Did not like these for tennis. The material is too slippery, tried them with my Asics Gel Solutions and my foot was sliding around a lot, especially when moving laterally. I also have bunions and the stiffness irritated them. Might be interested to try out Orange.

Comments: These provide great support for my high arches, but they are slippery and have caused the entire ball of my feet to blister. Love the support but I can't use them anymore for tennis. These will go in my casual, everyday shoes.
From:Nathan, 10/14

Comments: The arch through heel area was just too wide to fit into basically any of my shoes. I cut some of the arch side material (as much as can be cut without cutting the plastic). I was able to squeeze the insole into the shoe. It was an overly wide platform due to be being on the low end of the spectrum, but I could have lived with that. The nail in the coffin for why I can't recommend the shoe is because the plastic below the insole is just too firm and uncomfortable. Every time the shoe flexed, I could feel the stiffness tap my arch. I think I might have really liked this insole if it didn't have the thick plastic underneath. The forefoot material is great, but the plastic from heel through arch is unnatural.

Comments: I tried out one pair of Superfeet Green, and I got tired of switching it between my shoes and ordered two more pairs. If you follow Superfeet's instructions and wear the insoles in your primary shoes for two weeks, they will feel completely natural. You must wear these for at least two weeks before judging them uncomfortable. The hard feeling in your arch is the support your current insoles don't give you. I have high, flexible arches, and I'm love my Superfeet. Without them, I feel like my arch is tearing in half. If you have lower arches, I've heard the Superfeet Blue recommended. If you have high arches, though, these are the way to go.

Comments: I have a pretty high arch and relatively wide foot. My first pair of Superfeet were an instant hit. I now have these inserts in three pairs of shoes and in two pairs of shop shoes for everyday work. Cannot live without them.

Comments: No breaking in for me. After using them for several hours, not a single issue, just great support.

Comments: I use the green all the time in my tennis shoes esp indoors - otherwise I use the orange. Using these provides almost instant relief of heel pain and various ankle pains from too hard a heel strike or plantar fasciitis. I have to say that I almost gave up tennis until I discovered these. It's not really about a "cushion" vs "firm controlled" insole. So though they seem thin they will outlast a pair of shoes. Note that the orange is supposed to be a bit firmer and longer lasting cushion than the green. But you might like the green more if you want an insole that stays out of your way. The first two times you wear these your feet will feel better but they will feel tired as well. You will be using your feet differently. This feeling goes away as your foot gains strength.Note: Do not use this color if you have flat feet. They have a model for flat feet. These are for people with arches.

Comments: One of the better insoles out there. The green is a little thicker than the blue, so it would raise you a tad in your shoes. This is something I got used to pretty easily. There is some break in time with these, but they make up for lost time with durability and support. You may hate these insoles in the beginning since they hurt your feet (if you have flat feet, this insole will remold your arch), but hang in there because they are worth it.
