Great Ball tubeThis tube works great and is very sturdy. Perfect size so that I can pick up balls quickly.
Poor QualityI'm a tennis coach and been using these tubes for many years with great results. In my experience, the tubes last for about 3-4 years before failing (typically with the bottom cap wearing out and no longer retaining the ball).
However, the last three tubes I have purchased (2 from Tennis Warehouse and one from another source) within the last year have failed within a matter of 3-4 months, one in only 3 weeks! The failures have included cracking tubes and bottom cap failures.
Not sure why the quality is so low right now, but I would not recommend paying this much for something that does not last.

Comments: I like Gamma products and this one is no exception. The only issue I had with the two that I bought was the collar that traps the balls and holds them in the tube is a bit stiff, requiring quite a bit of force when pushing down on the ball.
