Nike Vapor Pro 3 AshenVery nice shoes and ideal for tennis. My son loved it a lot.
Pretty good combination of speed/stabilityI have pretty narrow feet. So, always looking for good options. The VP3s aren't overly narrow in the forefoot, but the lacing system really locks down the instep. I am not sliding around during aggressive movement. I am coming from some Babolat Jet Teres. Those were very light, and very comfortable, but maybe a little more flexible than what you would normally find in a tennis shoe. I wanted to keep some of that light feel, but try something with a little more structure. That is exactly what I got in the VP3s. Not quite as comfortable, not quite as light, but a pretty good balance of speed and stability. They are definitely more substantial than the Jet Teres without going to a full-on cage feel. Pretty good air flow as well.
Back to Basics with this new VaporTo me Nike had lost what made the Vapor a great shoe, they used to be comfortable to the point that it needed no break in period, it was light and had great performance. Over the many iterations they had become overly narrow and uncomfortable, but I am glad to say this shoes are once more like the original.

Good priced shoe/outsole already woreFrom moderate use by a youth player, the shoe outsole grip has already wore down. Won’t be long and the outsole will be wore all the way through.

Ideal Tennis ShoesAs well as looking sharp, (colors true to image on website), these shoes hit the mark with my 17 yr old son. He plays 3-4 hours of tennis a day and these shoes totally met his expectations. They are medium weight, durable and very comfortable. Would purchase again without hesitation.
