Prince adds a stealth cosmetic to the ATS Textreme Tour 100 290

Introducing the ATS Textreme Tour 100 (290) Carbon! Featuring the same specs as the standard cosmetic, this racquet is perfect for the intermediate player who wants controllable power and great feel. At under 11 ounces, this stick is faster than the ATS Textreme Tour 100 (310), making it great for hitting shots on the run and reacting quickly at net. It also packs a spin-friendly 16x18 string pattern, giving you enough spin potential to bring the ball down hard. In addition to its arm-friendly beam stiffness, this racquet comes with the benefit of Prince's Anti-Torque System (ATS) which features Textreme and Twaron in both the shaft and at 10 and 2 o'clock in the upper hoop. The upshot is less frame torque at impact, resulting in a more powerful and stable hitting experience. Intermediate players looking for controllable power and great feel will love this one. The sleek carbon cosmetic is a huge bonus.

Prince Textreme Tour 100/ 290Senior player coming from Ezone 100. Ezone was a little stiff and created soreness in my elbow, so I sought out a softer frame. This is 15 grams lighter compared to Ezone but a similar 318 swing weight. Not quite as powerful but the feel is really nice. Highly rated for volleying and can really shape the ball on ground strokes, I recommend it for comfort and superior net play. 3.5 Senior playing doubles, strung at 50lbs 17g Gamma TNT

What a HIDDEN GEM!I'm a petite 4.0 female doubles player. I demo'ed 15+ racquets and tried all the trendy ones out there now from Yonex and Head, but none fit the sweet spot of what I was looking for, which was a lighter static unstrung weight <300g with a heavier swing weight (~315-320). Every oversize, "Team" racquet was super light with a light SW, which didn't meet the bill and the heavier "Pro/MP" racquets had the heavier SW, but my arms were tired late into a second set due to the heavy static weight (300g+). What I was looking for as a petite intermediate/beg adv player was difficult to find until I happened upon the Prince 290. Hard to believe, but I finally found the HIDDEN GEM I was looking for amidst all the flash. Psyched Prince is still around because they nailed it and it's easy to customize as I improve. Def demo it!

so happy with MY RACQUETI bought it in august 2025, I love to use it every day, comfortable, you wont feel vibrations, stable, with good control. Its been a great surprise for me. Use use in the crosses tecnifibre either x-one biphase or nrg2 multifilament for power and something for the spin in the mains solinco hyper g soft or babolat blast rough. Its works great

11yo competitive UTRHad my son demo a few racquets --- landed on this one because I've used the Phantom over the last few years so we like Prince. After a few UTR wins w/ the demo -- he finally decided he liked it. Great feel, gentle on his arms, forehand and backhand slices became almost natural for him with this racquet. Decent power for his age; gets great pace ... troublesome for his competition. Def recommend for intermediate to advanced junior player -- I anticipate he'll be using this one for years

Old guy tennisWanted a slightly lighter racquet to my older Prince racquets, and this one really fit the bill, enough heft and swing weight to feel solid yet lighter to help combat the unavoidable aging process, now if you could do something about that

So happy with this racquetBeen playing with my old Prince CTS approach and have decided to finally buy a lighter racquet. Very happy with this decision. The Tour 100 is easy on the hand, has nice control and spin. Have always been a fan of Prince, and this truly did not disappoint.

Excellence from PrinceI was a D1 player back in the 70s and continue to play. As I got older, started looking at a more flexible racquet and softer strings to keep the shoulder and wrist pain down to a minimum. I previously used the Tour 100T (2015) but when they discontinued production, I switched to Babolat and then Head. I reached out the racquet guys at TW and asked about the old Tour 100T and they turned me on to this racquet. After tweaking the string tension, I found that a synthetic gut at 55 pounds was the best combo for me. EXCEPTIONAL feel and great for singles and doubles. On the light side, so it took me a few hits to adjust my swing on the forehand, and not quite as much power as some others, but performance is perfect for me. Questions: ask the racquet guys at Tennis Warehouse for info / specs. Love this racquet.

Powerful racquet for tamingI tested 12 racquets before settling into this Tour 290. Placed 3 grams in the butt handle and 3_9 o’clock each. Best racquet for 3.5 to 4.5 you will be hitting like Sinner!

Good control, good comfortI'm an intermediate player. I was looking for a comfortable racquet that offered me a good amount of control but decent power as well. ATS Textreme Tour 100 290 gives me that. Plays well from the baseline and at the net and is responsive. It could use a tad more heft and perhaps a bit more spin, but my main goal was to play with a racquet that I enjoy and that reduces my injury, and I got that.
