The Becker 11 offers the feel and response fans of Volkl racquets have come to love. There's loads of classic Volkl playability in this one. From the baseline, the Becker 11 offers a silky smooth response. Our TW playtest crew discovered a premium on control, comfort and stability hitting the Becker 11. Both topspin and slice groundstrokes are easy to control and the racquet responds well to an aggressive swing. Stronger players will find lots of confidence taking big cuts at the ball with this stick. We found especially impressive control and feel on slice backhands as well as approach shots and angles. At net the racquet provides a very high level of feel and control. Stability is excellent, making the Becker 11 the perfect choice for advanced level all court and doubles players. On serve, power comes from the player's ability to utilize the racquet's mass. We found a high level of control from the stringbed allowing for good targeting on both first and second serves. All in all this is a solid player's stick and one of the better control/feel racquets currently available for the 4.5+ level player.
