Vacuum Tech is a special process for manufacturing tennis racquets. As in conventional racquet production, the prepeg layers for making the frame are wound first. The vacuum is created after the winding process is completed.
The lower pressure created by the vacuum literally sucks any air bubbles out of the frame that may have formed in it during winding. The result is a homogeneous, stress-free frame. Racquets produced in Vacuum Tech are particularly known for their great feedback and the optimum ball feel they give to the player.
