The Volkl Power Bridge V1 Midplus, like its predecessor, the DNX V1, offers putaway power with a comfort oriented feel. The Power Bridge technology adds stability to the yoke to help make the racquet more powerful and dynamic. Our testers found the V1 Midplus to offer a large sweetspot with plenty of forgiveness. At net, the 102 square inch head size provided a crisp punch while offering plenty of maneuverability. There was plenty of power as well as spin to be had when serving with the open 16/19 string pattern. All in all, this is a versatile stick and a nice update to the Catapult V1, offering the Power Bridge technology for better comfort. Recommended for players from 3.5 to 5.0 levels.
