Like the V1 Classic, the Organix V1 Pro has a great combination of manueverability, stability and comfort. What separates the V1 Pro from its Classic sibling is a slight boost in mass and control. As such, we think this is a great option for big hitting intermediates and advanced players who require low-powered control but also want the incredible playability and comfort for which the V1 franchise is known. From the baseline, our TW playtesters really enjoyed how reliably and easily their biggest swings came down inside the lines. The open 16x19 string pattern supplied loads of bite while the low-powered response allowed us to increase our swing speed in the service of heavy spin. At net, the V1 Pro moves into position effortlessly and provides impressive stability considering its very manageable 11.3 ounce weight. On serves the excellent control and spin allow for penetrating slices, easy kickers and surgical placement. All in all, this racquet is not only a great addition to V1 legend, it delivers some serious control on big swings along with an infectious combination of playability, spin and comfort.

Starting with the 2014 Organix racquets, Volkl introduces a new Pin System in their Bio Sensor handles. These pins are made of a material called V-Sponse" which has exceptional dampening properties.
There are three different types of pins, each with unique benefits to the target playing audience. The RED PIN is the softest and is great for recreational players looking for maximum comfort. The YELLOW PIN is medium firm and is great for intermediates who want a comfortable but slightly firmer feel. Finally, the BLACK PIN is for advanced players who want maximum feedback.
