Lightweight comfort blends with power and control in the Fischer Finesse. Weighing less than 9 ounces, the Finesse is easy to maneuver from all areas of the court. With Basalt X and Air Damping system, the racquet remains comfortable during play even on off-center hits. The 16x19 string pattern on the 102 square inch headsize gives the ball plenty of surface area to grip, making spin easy to create. Our TW testers found that the extended length offered some nice power, especially for those with a two-handed backhand. The easy access to spin kept the power in check for our testers, who also found they could play an attacking all-court game with the maneuverable Finesse. All in all, the Fischer Finesse is a good fit for the beginner to intermediate level player looking for lightweight comfort and all-around performance.
