Comments: I am using Kirschbaum Black Pro Line II 18 gauge as the main strings, and Tourna Quasi Gut 16 gauge as the crosses for my Wilson K-Factor Zen Team. Below is my finding. The black color string seemed to be the hardest string. The red color seemed softer. I strung my main strings at 54 pounds and crosses at 60 pounds. As a newly strung racquet, the feel was harsh, not very comfortable and not much of power. But after four or five hitting sessions I began to like the string setup a lot because the string bed felt softer and gathered more power. The tension and durability of the Kirschbaum string is incredible. Highly recommend this string. I myself like the red color string better. I play three times per week, and am a 4.0 level player.

Comments: Nigel loves them, Stanley says a bit better than okay. The 18 gauge plays nicely, they pocket and feel the ball for a clean response. I would string approximately, 5 to 10 percent looser than gut or nylon. Nigel put them in his new Wilson Pro Staff, I use the 17 gauge in my Prince Graphite, they last extremely long for 17 gauge string and keep their tension as well. I play seven days a week and Nigel 5-6 times per week and I rarely have to cut these strings out, as same for him. Go for it, give them a try from time to time they have great deals prices.

Comments: My hitting partner turned me on to this string. It is a fine string to say the least, however it doesn't give you a lot in the power dept. I prefer a livelier string -- easier on the arm types of strings. I will use these in the mains in my Prince Graphite at 52 lbs and Prince Synthetic 17 at 60 lbs in the crosses. This combo is pretty nice. Remember to string these 10 percent looser otherwise your arm will go dead. Don't give up on these bad boys tinker around some and you will most likely come up with the magic you are looking for.

Comments: I've been conducting an extensive poly string survey to find a replacement for Babolat RPM Blast on my Blade 16x19. After going through over 20 different polys (including Wilson Revolve, Prince Tour XC/XP, Head Sonic Pro, Gamma iO, ALU Power, and other 1.25mm strings with round cross-sections) and even a gut-poly hybrid setup, I have decided to go with these strings for the following reasons: amazing balance between power and control; plush feel and pocketing while still being one of the most durable; most consistent feel from freshly strung to breakage; good spin and the string doesn't get bent out of shape; and a great price point (especially for the reel).

Comments: I am an avid "tinkerer" of strings constantly trying different hybrid combinations and tensions. I also have a tendency to try different racquets. But you know what, I'm done with all that. Here's why: the combination of this string in the mains at 57 lbs with Forten Sweet 17 in the crosses at 55 lbs in my Yonex Ezone Xi100 (16x18) is just about the perfect combination for my heavy topspin game. The blend of control, power, and spin is perfect. I'm done experimenting because frankly, there's no need. The only comment I would have is that the black does carry more pop off the stringed than the red In my opinion so take that into consideration with the tension.

Comments: I used these string for quite a while and they held up great, in fact they lasted longer than any other poly I've tried, which is great considering they're pretty soft and comfy. But, they are just too expensive for long term use, I have since gone to a generic brand of similar strings for $25 per reel. When will Kirschy realize their strings are not so popular in most countries and start dropping the price accordingly? I'd like to tell others about them but have gone off them due to the price.

Comments: The first time I used these strings was in my 2011 Pure Drive and I was amazed about how much my game improved. Striking balls was easier and the strings offered a great balance of power, control, and spin while still maintaining tension well. Comments: This is my new go to. I've tried dozens of polys. All the standards RPM, 4G, TCS, ALU Power rough, Tour bite, Signum Pro, and many more. This string is soft but not mushy but has enough crispness to feel like your really hitting the ball. It has great control and better spin potential than many of the shaped polys out there. The ball seems to come off the string bed the same way every time which translates directly into confidence in my swing. I've already converted to it and made a couple more believers out of people on my teams and at the club. Great string. Highly recommended.

Comments: This string has tons of power and spin. It's a softer polyester as well so you can safely string this between 55-60lbs. It's not very forgiving the first hour that you play with it, but after the strings break themselves in and settle down, they pocket the ball really well.

Comments: I am revisiting this string. I had bought a reel of it (17 gauge) and tried it out on3 frames: Prokennex ki5 16x20, Head YOUTEK IG Speed 16x19, and Head MicroGEL ExtremePro. Now I am trying it on my current frame, the Wilson BLX Pro Open 16x19. I like it so far. It generates tons of power, sometimes too much. I strung it at 58 lbs but I guess if you use a framelike the one Nadal uses then I think you would go up a bit in tension. Spin wise, it does agreat job. I have another frame with Sigmum Pro Poly Plasma (orange) 18 gauge. Bothstrings are awesome but I think Poly Plasma has the edge by a fraction.

Comments: I put this string (full job) with the same gauge on my frames (Wilson Pro Open) at 54 lbs and could not control the ball because of excess power. It felt that I had strung at below 50! Not sure if the weather contributed to it though. I had tried to hybrid (used Gosen OG Micro 17) before and it feels nice. I felt I had more control. I just bought Gamma Professional 17 to use as my cross string and will go up in tension say 57.

Comments: I have used this string as a full bed for a whole year now. I played with a Yonex RQiS Tour. What I found interesting was that even though (definitely the racquet) both the racquet and string had very low power ratings, I had more than enough power. Spin was moderate. feel was good, control wasn't great. durability was amazing, and i mean amazing. I hit with generous power and spin and the durability of the string lasts months, even with hitting 4 times a week. I have been completely satisfied with this string through and through I am changing just out of curiosity to see what different strings offer.

Comments: I play with the Wilson BLX Blade 98 and I've been experimenting with different string set-ups(MSV Focus HEX 1.25, Tecnifibre X-One Biphase 1.24) for a while. I came to a conclusion that this string at 24/23kg suits my needs the best as the racquet frame is rather stiff(64). The string is very soft and light-weight unlike most polys on the market and offers unmatchable pocketing along with great touch/feel and control. It doesn't offer that much power and the spin potential is low, however for me it's the best string so far. Definitely worth a try guys!

I lowered tension in the mains and crosses to 50lbs expecting to gain some power. I didn't get what I expected. That doesn't mean the string is no good. Simply, the marriage didn't happen between player and string with this new stick. I am curious though to try this string (full job) on one of my Microgel Extreme Pros I have in the trunk of my car.

Comments: Good cross string. I used ALU Power in the mains but needed to find a good cross string to soften the string bed just a little bit, and this might be the one. This is a soft poly string, just a little bit softer than traditional poly string. It plays as much as 95% the same as Topspin Cyber Blue, and this string has more oil on it. It has good control, comfort, medium power level and good feel when combined with the ALU Power. (Head Youtek Prestige MP, Main: ALU Power @ 59 lbs, Cross: Pro Line II @ 58lbs)

Comments: I use this string on my kblade 98 (18x20), 52x50 lb, very special feel, good for hitting hard, spin, power, control, touch, everything. After an hour or so you seems like the tension drops a bit and then stabilizes. Good durability as well. I have one of the racquets strung with Luxilon alu power at 50x48 lb - and this one gives me some discomfort in the shoulder and elbow area. Compared to the lux, the proline2 is more common sense - you have to work hard with the Luxilon when the kirsch delivers without the hassle (and the discomfort). It is lighter too - a good few grams than the Luxilon.

Comments: Used as main at 53lbs on AeroStorm with PSGO16 in cross at 58 lbs. Played very stiff for the first couple of hours. I have not had arm problems in a while but this string gave me arm and shoulder pain. It seemed to play a lot better after two hours probably due to a little loss of tension. The string bed still felt very firm after 4 hours of play. The control is good, spin production is pretty good and decent power. Not much in the way of feel or ball pocketing at this tension but volleys were very crisp and solid. I will try it again at lower tension and with perhaps a softer cross string. So far I'm neutral on the string over all. I'm looking for something with more feel. This string reminds me of Luxilon Alu Power but looks better in red, which is why I bought it.

Comments: I have been looking for a replacement for my Alu Power crosses(with NXT mains)for my arm and I have finally got around to trying the Pro Line II after reading about how good it was.Well I could not believe how this string played - all the great things people had said about it and after the first hour of play I was utterly disappointed by the way it played. It was dull, boring, out of control - almost the opposite of what I was used to. Price is very good but you get what you pay for.. I like value and I felt like I was getting what I paid for, but there was no reel satisfaction. Before you get a reel of this stuff, consider a reel of Lux while it is on special, will be well worth it.

For a high quality co-poly the tension maintenance is fantastic. Serious players will never have their racquets strung for more than 4 weeks with the same set. This string is absolute magic!

Comments: Got these strings because I went to a professional tennis shop near my house and the guy stringing the racquets asked why I wanted to put Big Banger Rough in my strings because it is bad for the arm and is out dated technology... He didn't force it on me it was my choice.. and I am glad I chose the string because I can feel how much grab the strings have on the ball. I used to use a N Blade 98 with 18x20 string pattern with NXT strung at 50lbs and got no pop or spin on the ball especially on serves... now I have a Ksixone 95 16x18 and with these strung at 53lbs and can kill the serve and get that awesome spin I have been missing for awhile now. If you are thinking between this and ALU Rough, go this - newer technology/cheaper/better on arm.

Comments:After many years, I had pretty much given up on finding a polyester string that offered both feel and kindness to my longtime, tender playing arm. This string has successfully addressed all of these issues, along with offering some extra pop and spin. I read some reviews that suggested that it doesn't even need to be used in a hybrid setup, so I tried both ways. It does play great when put in both mains and crosses, though I have gone to the 17L for maximum feel. Durability is good, too. Thanks, Kirschbaum!!

Comments: I'm absolutely DUMBFOUNDED right now! I had my new Head MicroGEL Radical Mid+ strung with these strings PURELY because of all the positive comments about them, and everyone is ABSOLUTELY correct-- these strings are WORLDS better than Pro Hurricane Tour, Big Banger Rough, and K Gut Pro COMBINED!!! They feel soft and firm at the same time, with HUGE spin potential. The thing that frustrated me with the Pro Hurricane Tour & Big Banger Rough is when you strung the entire frame with it, you had control and spin, but the frame felt DEAD and KILLED my arm. I've played with these strings for over 10 hours now on my dense 18x20 string pattern frame at 55lbs and it's the BEST combination of control, spin, and "gentle" stiffness I've ever felt. I think this is the last stringing setup I'll ever use again. It's perfect. Try it out for yourself, and don't bother with hybrid use in my opinion. The feeling is amazing with it in the whole string bed. This was my first try using Kirschbaum strings, and I'm SO glad I did!!!

Comments: Finally a soft poly that holds tension well and has lots of power. I use it in a hybrid with Gosen Micro Sheep as the crosses. The fairly stiff characteristics of the GMS complement the Pro Line II. I don't like mushy crosses as there's less spin. The Pro Line II has a much nicer feel than the Luxilon Big Banger, since the Big Banger has to be strung at a much higher tension. With the Pro Line II, I've never had any arm problems, with the Big Banger I have problems within minutes. I string the Pro Line II at 51.5 pounds, and the other crosses at 54. It feels like a synthetic gut at 59 pounds. o string movement and plenty of pop. Works well on my Wilson nCode nSurge and Dunlop 500 Tour racquets. Would be nice to have a mini-reel since the 149 reel is too much. Besides once you string your racquet like I did, it will last for months and months. I've been cutting out my strings every other week until I found this combination. Nothing else comes close, and trust me, I've been through just about everything out there.

Comments: This is the best poly out on the market by far. I've compared this string to other poly's like Pacific Force 17 (lost it's tension to fast) and Tospin Cyber power 17 (elbow soreness). Pro Line II has excellent bite to all shots. I had no problem with my backhand slice, flat forehand, heavy topspin forehand, and over the top one handed backhand. I found this string to be very comfortable for my arm and offered great control to all my shots. I strung my Yonex RDS 500 at 52 lbs. full set no hybrids. I'd definitely recommend this string to all who like poly's and don't waste it by splitting it.

Comments: Oh, PERFECTION! I'm used to companies letting me down with their promises, but these strings don't lie. Everything you are promised is delivered. My strings feel as tense as the day I strung them, and the bed itself doesn't move. While the strings are as soft as a pillow, they nonetheless deliver excellent power and control over the ball. I'm currently using these together with my HEAD FXP Prestige. Perfect match, if you ask me.

There is no string movement and I strung it at 54lbs. There is plenty of power, spin and control. This will be my string of choice from now on.
