Made in England! The legendary Fairway Leather Grip returns! With its thin profile, amazing feel, proud history and impeccable quality, this is the gold standard of leather grips. Leather's firm feel provides the player with maximum feedback from the ball, which improves control. This classic grip also provides a more direct feel of the bevels which allows for easier and more precise grip changes. This grip will also add some weight to your racquet and provide a more headlight balance.
This is the shortest Fairway grip. Ideal for classic racquets (wood, aluminum and early generation graphite) with short handles.

Fairway leather excellenceThe smell of tennis is this replacement grip. If one wants the feel of a true tennis racquet, then this is the grip for you.
A classic, and still the best learherI bought this when restoring a classic racquet for the wall. It feels more period-correct. I’ve recently installed leather grips from other manufacturers as well (e.g., Gamma, Head, Prince). These feel the best to me. The texture has better grip. The grip material itself feels more substantial as well. It feels more like classic, worked leather vs. some pressed product used in cheap athletic shoes. Only warning is about the width. This is the more narrow option. Just know which grip spec you’re buying.

Great leather gripThis is a great leather grip, and is easy to put on. It doesn't come with finishing tape though, so make sure you have some ready.

Best leather gripThe bevels of the handle are very well defined with this grip, and it is not as rough on the hands as other leather grips. When new, it's incredibly clean/tacky and a little sweat makes it even tackier. In July/August down south, it helps to have a sweat absorbing layer.
Great GripSuper grip but not as plush as those I had in the 1970s. Still better than most, nevertheless.

Too Good To Be TruePlayed these in the day - you just put on a Fairway and played and played and then clean it a bit and play on and on...
Hard to believe that this supreme level of quality and craft is available today in these times. Have two Fairways on Head Austrian frames and , again, the feel and tack are shoulders above the rest of the pack. You can see and feel the quality of their process. Hard to believe, too good! Thank you, TW, for keeping these available and taking good care of us.

Comments: This grip has superior feel, I would say better than the famous Head Calfskin. But this one is way too short, maybe for a junior racquet, just buy the longer one!

Comments: Great grip. However, I wonder if it is worth the investment. A few things -- it is definitely a good quality grip. I've used Volkl, Head, Wilson, and TW leather grips. By far, this is the best one of the bunch. However, if you use an overgrip, it really doesn't make that much of a difference. Although, I would say that the Wilson is the worst of the bunch since the color comes off followed by the TW one since the leather is very hard. Installation is a little more tedious if you don't have the double sided tape. Additionally, I got this particular size, 3/4" but it is fairly small. I would recommend going up. Also, it is indeed very short. If I had a two handed backhand, this would've upset me greatly since it wouldn't have covered enough space. However, I usually wrap my grips short anyways for the feel. Overall, great grip but not much better than others. Still, highly recommend if you're not playing with overgrip.

Comments: The quality of this leather is good. But this did not fit my Head Graphene Speed Pro XT. It needed at least an inch more for it to fit the whole handle. No matter how much i stretched it, it just did not fit. I don't know what "standard" length it will fit but not my standard lenght racquet. I will be ordering the next size (i love the quality of this leather) and returning the last one I bought.

Comments: This grip is very short. It could not cover the handle of Head IG Prestige Pro.The feel is OK, the quality is overrated. If you really want a quality leather grip go with TW Leather Grip. With the TW Leather Grips, you will get better feel and better quality. You can choose the thickness of the grip and they are two times cheaper than Fairways grips.
