Dunlop created the Biomimetic 200 Plus with a rounder head shape, and in doing so created a unique offering in the Dunlop line up. Its 100 square inch headsize provides a healthy sweetspot with easy access to pace. Control comes via a tight 18x20 string pattern. The tight string pattern allows advanced players to stay on the gas and still keeps shots well within the lines. From the baseline our TW testers found easy access to spin. The racquet comes around easily, allowing copious amounts of spin to be imparted on the ball. There is enough mass to punch shots with depth as well as provide the needed stability during heavy rallies. At net the racquet feels precise, comfortable and solid. Our testers were impressed with the level of control they found on both touch and punch volleys. On serve the 200 Plus offers the same access to pace and spin which impressed our testers from the baseline. All in all, this is an extremely impressive offering from Dunlop and a must demo for 4.0 (intermediate players) and above.
