Overview
Diadem Solstice Power is a comfortably firm co-poly with a six-pointed star shape. The result is a string that combines a low-friction surface with maximum ball bite. In other words, this string was built for spin - massive spin. Intermediate and advanced players looking for a comfortable co-poly with pinpoint control have come to the right place.
Try this thin 1.20mm version for slightly more spin and pop than the 1.30mm version.

Fine StringI chose this string because I was looking for something different and interesting. The string holds tension fairly well for what I used it for (high school). Not outstanding compared to other polys, but its fine for intermediate level players.
Good for intermediate or an advanced playerI'm a solid 3.5 player looking at more power and better control without customizing my racquet beyond the current specs. This string, especially at the lower gauges provides good pop, expected feel/response, and ample power. After hitting with it for ~3 months, playing 6 hours a week I finally replaced it. I am typically not a string breaker.

Comments: I don't recommend this string. In the range of polys, it seems expensive. However, it could be that Cyclone is just much more affordable. But price aside, this string loses tension and playability very quickly. The rough sides quickly wore down. The biggest downside for me was that this particular string breaks quickly. I'm not a poly string breaker at all. But the 3 times I've used this string (once in a full bed and twice as a hybrid) the string has broken, even before the cheap synthetic gut I had, around the 4 hour mark. That's pretty terrible. Super disappointed.

Comments: I enjoyed this string for a poly, which I rarely play with. However, this string lasted less than a normal multifilament that I use (NRG or Premier). I got 7 hours out of this and the strings snapped dead center on a serve. Plays softer, with minimal power.

Comments: Fantastic strings. Very similar in performance to RPM Blast, but with a different feel. These strings are very powerful, but, at the same time, very controllable. The 17 gauge is extremely confortable on the arm. So much spin and control with a soft feel. Used it at 50 lbs on my Graphene XT Instinct MP. Works like a charm!

Comments: Great string that is softer and more poweful than Volkl Cyclone, but has better control and feel, though a little less power than Cyclone Tour. I have found very good control even when strings were weeks old -- a point at which I would normally have cut out most soft co-polys. Also feels quite light for a poly, even a 17 g. one. Think this is great in a hybrid. I'm a 5.0 player.

Comments: This string is fantastic. A friend introduced them them to me a few weeks back, and I decided to test it out after doing a bit of research. I have to say, one of the best investments. A soft, rather plush co-poly that delivers an absolutely phenomenal amount of spin (even if you dont feel like you are) and good power. Fantastic control on this string and reasonably good durability for such a high-performing string. Gave all of my strokes (and my serve) a good amount of pop and really turned my backhand slice into a lethal weapon. All in all, I really enjoyed this string and would recommend it to any player who is looking to give their shots massive spin and bite while maintaining decent power and great control. Im a 4.5 aggressive baseline player. Strung at 56 lbs on a Head Graphene Radical.

Comments: This string is, in my opinion, one of the best polys on the market. Very nice access to spin, the control and feel are outstanding. However, my favorite characteristic of this string is the tension maintenance. Holds tension so much better than other polys I have played with. The people that own the company are tennis players and it shows in the quality of product they are producing. Well done!

Comments: Being a junior tennis player in Florida, you go through quite a few different types of strings. Really glad I finally found one that I can stick with. I played with RPM for about 2 years before switching to Diadem, and I now use Solstice Power 17. I can defiantly say Diadem is a huge step up from RPM. First of all, it lasts longer, much longer. Playability is great. Much better spin, better control, better power. And, it's cheaper! Diadem gives junior players a great deal. Love this string, and definitely recommend it!

Comments: Loved the string at first -- it had good control and power. However, after 2 hours of hitting, the string went away. At $14 a pop, this is very expensive for stings that only last a day. I'm a 4.5 and was hitting with a 5.0 player.

Comments: Let me start off by saying this string is the bomb. I've played with Cyclone, RPM Blast, Spikey Shark, and 4G and this has more bite than all of them put together. It's super comfortable, especially fresh off the stringer. But I can honestly say it has added a whole new aspect to my game. I can really swing out on my forehand and approach shots and balls that normally go out are finding the line. Overall, a great and comfortable string for the all court player. I am a 4.5-5.0 baseliner
