With the introduction of GT technology to the Aero line of racquets, Babolat launches the AeroPro Lite GT. The lightest AeroPro yet, this Lite GT weighs 9.9 ounces strung but maintains the 100 sq. in. headsize and spin-friendly 16x19 string pattern of the heavier versions. Our TW playtesters found the AeroPro Lite GT to swing very easily, making spin easy to create. With the head heavy balance of the AeroPro Lite, our testers were also impressed with the amount of power that could be generated. Featuring both the Cortex system and Woofer grommets, the racquet offered good comfort as well. The GT technology combines tungsten with the graphite in key areas of the frame, resulting in a solid feel. Stronger players might prefer customizing this racquet to add more mass to handle pace. All in all, the AeroPro Lite GT is a good fit for juniors transitioning into adult frames or intermediate adults who are looking for lightweight maneuverability and spin. Note: Due to racquet stiffness, when stringing with a polyester or a co-polyester we highly suggest 54lbs as a starting point for tension.
Racquet does not come with a cover.
